Convert EFI to Carb

So I got a Question for everyone and anyone. I have a 1988 Ford Bronco XLT with a 351W that EFI. Its got 98K miles on it. Body is Rough but engine is still ticking away. So I am Pondering the idea of taking the 351W out of my 88 Bronco an stuffing it in my 72 F100 truck which has a Carbureted 302 in it currently. Has anyone done anything like this and how much trouble is it gonna be if i decide to do this. What is the biggest problem when swapping engines.

efi to carb...help

Hey guys, I have a 88 302 efi. I want to swap out all the electronic stuff to a carb set up. Is there anything Else I need to do other than unplug the efi, new intake, mount the carb and run fuel line to it?
