I just put a locker in my Bronco and need to take it to the deer lease, can the diff be damaged by towing the Bronco behind a truck?

It should be fine. A locker engages with torque. You can always disconnect the driveline in the rear to be safe. Just undo one end and tie it up to the frame.

Trucks that tow and pull weight on pavement should not have a locker. Its ******* all the components and tires when going around a corner with throttle applied.
