It depends on how much lift you want, but it's not quite that easy. The springs are the brute of the lift kit, but you also will need to install drop brackets for the axle and for the arms (or get replacements). After than a new pitman arm is a good idea if your going more than 4" and extended brakelines are a must. You can see most of what goes into the front end in this picture of my suspension lift.
you can get lift with just new springs, but you also must have the front axle pivot brackets. those are absolutley essential, otherwise your rig will be impossible to align because the camber will be WAY beyond stock specs
