Spare Tire

hey, i got an 84 bronco that the previous owner took the spare tire carrier off(outside one). I'm trying to put it back on, but i'm having trouble finding the right bolt size that mounts the carrier to the body. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the B Zone.

I went to my local Lowe's and bought 4 packs of 2 "M8 - 1.25 X 40 Hex cap screws Class 8.8" Packaged by Hillman.

In a nut shell they should be 8 Mill 40 thread inch and a quarter bolts.
