i have a 1996 xlt stock except tires and i am having a problem i cant figure out what it might be the truck when it is at a stand still feels like the brake is on. i am in the north country but not by choice so there is alot of snow. if i am in the parking lot and the parking lot is slick the truck doesnt want to move the tires just spin goes in reverse fine though. i got out and checked just looking around and i wiggled the wheel and the drivers side front wheel has a little play in it it isnt solid like the others i checked the lugs and they were all tight it has brand new brakes all around and new discs and drums if anyone can help let me know
