I was going to replace the pins on my driverside door,which isn't difficult just a matter of getting the pin and bushing kit from your local parts store or catalog like LMC Truck and grinding the flared tabs on the pins and driving the pins out and removing the old bushings and putting the new bushings on the hinge and driving the pins in and using supplied clips to snap on the pins.If you look at it ,it's pretty easy to figure out. Sometimes the hinges themselves wear out if they were left loose for a period of time,the holes where the bushings go get elongated and sometimes the tab on the top hinge that holds the door open breaks off requiring hinge replacement.There are several places where you can get them if you need them like ebay,LMC Truck,possibly dealer(will be expensive), a wrecking yard,or other places on the web.I needed the hinges for mine and the striker bolt because it sagged so bad that it hit the bolt and wore the actual metal after it destroyed the plastic bushing.I found the hinges for mine on a rearended Bronco in the junkyard.I went around checking all the trucks doors for looseness and how they opened and closed.The Bronco I took them off of,the door opened and closed like new and come to fine out that they were original Ford replacements that someone had put on not that long before,they looked like new and had the Ford service parts sticker on the back.I paid $10 for each hinge and a couple dollors for the striker bolt (most part stores sell the striker bolts new for like $12 or more).You can look for the hinges on any 80-96 FS Bronco,F-Series,or 97 F250HD and upper series.
