HEY GUYS JUST WANTED TO SHARE SOME INFO WITH YA...I DON'T KNOW IF ANYONE HAS HAD THIS PERTICULAR PROBLEM BUT I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT FIRSTHAND AND WASN'T FUN....TWO WEEKS AGO MY FUSE FOR THE DASH LIGHTS KEPT BLOWING OK CHECKED EVERY WIRE IN THE DASH...THOUGHT MAYBE ONE CHAFFED OR GROUNDING AGAINST METAL PART OF THE DASH...NOTHING!!! <_< EVERYTHING CHECKED...THOUGHT MAYBE THE CLUSTER HAD SHORTED...CLEANED AND CHECKED..NO BURNT SPOTS SO PUT IT BACK IN...LIGHTS WERE BRIGHTER BUT STILL BLOWING FUSES...ONE OF THE TECHS HAPPENED TO WALKING BY AND ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG I TOLD HIM...HE SAID THE PROBLEM WAS NOT INSIDE TO CHECK MY LIGHTS OUTSIDE...HERES WHAT I FOUND...PULL THE TAILLAMP ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND YOU WILL FIND AN PLUG IN CONNECTOR THAT SPLITS POWER TOO THE TAILGATE AND RIGHT TAILLAMP AND TRAILOR HITCH IF YOU HAVE ONE...THAT CONNECTOR AND THE TWO BEHIND THE REAR BUMPER GET CORROIDED AND SHORT OUT BACK FEEDING POWER TO THAT 15 AMP FUSE...I CUT ALL THE CONNECTORS OUT BUTT CONNECTED,HEAT SHRINKED AND TAPED...SHOULD BE WATER PROOF...BUT THAT WASN'T A REAL GOOD LOCATION FOR THOSE CONNECTORS....BUT EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT...MY REAR GLASS EVEN GOES UP AND DOWN BETTER...JUST SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT... B)
