i have an 84 with a 4.9 and it used to idle high when i first started up till i touched the gas, but no it doesnt so i have to give it gas to start it. i can see where the thing is that flips up to make it idle high and can angage it by hand, but it will not engage itself anymore, it is just loose, is it supposed to be springy or somthing, how do i fix it
