    Spark/Fuel

Few days ago my truck stalled sitting at a light. Was running just fine, sudden shudder, then nothing. Cranks but no start. I don't hear the fuel pump whine, so I'm figuring the pump. But there's no spark either. New coil, cap/rotor (old one's were thrashed anyway) and still nothing. Now...

    Replacing the Fuel pump

My pump just died. Power on and no whine from the rear. Any idea what size the bolts/nuts are for the strats/skidplate/tank are? Mine are RUSTY and I know a few will break, I'd rather replace them all at the time.

    wheel size

Anyone know the standard backspacing and whatnot of a standard 15" wheel that won't rub or need spacers? I have a 3" lift, but have a small spacer and want new wheels for 10.5 tires. Also, anyone know if a 302/5.0 exhaust headers will fit a 351/5.8? I doubt it will match up.

    Warn classic bumper

Awesome dude. I have a plastic rollpan and no hitch (yet) and I want/need something to yank others out heh. Plus I don't like the platic rollpan, ugly and cheap.

    Warn classic bumper

Any pics and/or dimentions, JSM84? I have a welder at work I'm practicing with and I'm planning on making my own front and rear bumpers.

    Tailgate latches

My tailgate latch on the right side will not lock. When I close it by hand, it locks and works fine but when I close it, nothing. I've sprayed it with wd-s0 and worked it, I've moved the striker all around. It used to work, and just up and stopped. Any ideas, guys? Thanks.

    cutting off pipes

Actually, great minds... But anyway, either a 7.3 turbo Int'l or a 5.9 turbo Cummins will find it's way into the engine bay of my current bronco. As soon as I move away from roommates and get my own place with a garage...

    Who likes the 351 windsor?

I had a 302 in my previous bronco, and while the trans and rear were differently geared, I love the way the 351w feels. My 302 was gonna be ripped out when I finished building the 351w I have now sitting in my basement before the truck got totalled. It just feels more gutsy. All in all, I love...

    Doors

If all's that's different is the vent window, I'm good. I just want a doors with the same mirrors both sides and vent windows that lock.

    cutting off pipes

Whoa, slow down now. Like a diesel sledpuller? I'd be reallycareful messing with that kinda exhaust, don't want to be sucking valves outta the head or shooting them outta the pipes altogether.

    Doors

My window motor died on me, and the replacements don't fit. Now, I have an 89 truck, with sport mirrors. The parts computer says that the motor is the same from 80-96, but it doesn't fit; the motor's boltholes are about 1/4" out too far to bolt to the regulator. Anyone know what might be going...

    Grease on wheels

I'm gonna try that first. If all it is is that, then I'm in much better shape than I thought.

    Grease on wheels

That is an IMMENSE help. It's good seeing skematics and printouts, but it's another thing entirely to see the real deal with all the dirt and grease like in real life.

    Grease on wheels

It's on the outside of the wheel, facing the street. It's coming out of where the manual hub cap meets the extention that goes through the wheel. You will need to pull the rotor/ hub off, and see if the grease is leaking thru that seal or from inside the spindle. In my Haynes manual, the wheel...

    horn issues...

Wouldn't happen to know where it is on an 89, would you? And horn connection, meaning where the horn itself is and the power going into it? Thanks Seabronc.

    Grease on wheels

Late getting back to this, been a helluva mess. Neither my Hanes nor Chilton have a section for it. Is it accessed through the hubs, like when servicing the manual hubs, or does it require the shafts to come out?

    horn issues...

So my horn just started doing this. Anyone know where this relay is? I figured it wasa relay but never got a chance to tear into the dash just yet.

    Replacable section?

I'm gonna see if my friend's dad can do it, but if he's too busy I'll definitly keep that in mind, thanks. :)>-

    Replacable section?

That's my plan, for now. I'm just gonna put some plates in there, until I have the time and space to put the truck down for a few days/weeks. Those pics, that's the section just inside the tailgate, or just to the sides of where it pivots on or where exactly? Because when I get the chance, that...

    Replacable section?

Looked again between the tailgate and the body, and my buddy said it's not too horrible. Almost survivable, even. He told me if it gets really bad he'd give me a hand cutting out the spots that need to be and welding in some plates to replace/strengthen the spots that need it or fishplate where...
