transfer case rattle??????

when driving my 90 bronco i hear rattling coming from my tranfer case.....its the Borg warner case........it seems to drive fine but just a noisy son of a gun.........is this normal for the borg warner cases?

Its not normal and do you know what model you have? Mine is a bw 1345. I am havin hella trouble with it. and it started out with some noise. I iggied it and payin the price now. But doing all the work myself sooo its a little cheaper. you prob have the bw 1356? Just thinkin about the year. Let me know..if you want to do it yourself its not that hard...people (shops) make it sound impossible. Just takes time and patience and a torqe wrench. and a crow bar and yeah lol.
