swapping out tranny and transfer case

Ok everybody I need some help. I finally got the donor 71 bronco home so now I can get my 71 back on the road. The donor bronco has the NP435 tranny I want in mine. I now have a 3 speed column shift 303. Both trucks have the dana 20 transfer case. What I would like to know besides cutting the hole in the floorboard. Is there anything I need I need to take off the other transfer case to make mine work. I can't use the donor transfer case cause it has broken gears. So I need to use mine. I know I need the adapter, but what else needs to come off. I would really be thankful for info on this and anything else I need to know.

If your donor EB already has the NP installed, then you should be able to just swap in everything you need...i.e. Trans, adapter & your t-case. If not, here is the link to the write up I did earlier this year on it.

Thank you S_bolt for all you're help. I am hoping to start this project soon and have my bronco back on the road. I am still in need of a few things before I get started on this and unforantly my ship goes out to sea for a month in about 2 weeks so who knows. Looks like it might be a project to start after Thanksgiving or something. If there is anything else you can think of that will help or make things easier on me please let me know. I will probably end up doing this on my own and really not looking forward to it. Thanks again for you're help and advice.
