my headliner kit arrives next week on tuesday so that's my next thing to do. i'll take some pics i think it'll turn out nice. cept now my visors will look totally faded
/emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />. so for my next 2 projects after that i need some input:
1) shocks. this is where i'm kind of confused so forgive me here and my rear shocks are worn and need replacement. i've beena truck man for a long time but this is my first 4x4 i've owned. i don't think the truck has been lifted and right now i'm not going to lift it. as is it sits pretty tall ot tall enough for me at this time. so here's where i get confused. does the bronco (90 xlt 302- 4 front shocks) have a factory lift? and does that come into play when buying shocks? i'm thinking rancho or pro comp so do i buy shocks with 0 lift or if it has some factroy lift do i take that into account? this is for daily driving and hopefully soon a little occassional off roading once i find someplace- nothing major though.
2) external mirrors- yeah i know seems kinda *** but, i'm trying to go as close to original as i can. the external side views on my 90 look kind of "rounded"- they're the plain manual style- with big metal brackets. but, i can't tell if the previous owner replaced the mirror heads on them or not because when i go to say LMC they have 2 styles for the 1990. one rounded, one sort of squared. both claim "original or OE style replacement". anyone know or have a pic of theirs? getting these done means i'm one step closer to completing.
after that- bumpers, seat reupholstery, tracking down spare tire carrier parts, the soft top (nice but, i still have my hard top so it's not my top priority. and i'm pretty close to being done cosmetically. after the engine and tranny rebuild i want to repaint original YY white. getting closer...
thanks.
