I would just say to clean it VERY thoroughly inside and out, top and bottom paying attention to places where dirt collects like in the door jams and stuff. Don't park it over any oil or water spots. (a prospective buyer may think it came from your truck) The safest way to market the truck is to try to sell it locally by putting adds in local paper, thrifty nickel, autotrader, etc. (don't forget the good old sign in the truck's window) that way you can meet the buyer face to face for the transaction. You can reach a much wider audience by using the internet (Bronczone.com, FSB, Ebay, and many other sites).
If you choose to go the internet route, be very careful not to get scammed. Under no circumstances should you give up the title or the keys before you have cash in hand or
verified money in the bank. Even a cashiers check can look real but be fake. There have been instances where sellers have allowed a shipping company to pick up the vehicle when the recieved a cashiers check. When the check gets deposited, it's returned because it's on a nonexistent account or some other problem but the car is gone and you will not see it or hear from the "buyer" again. Not trying to scare or discourage you, it's just that you can not be too carefull nowadays. There are some very smart and smooth talking thieves out there so be carefull.
