QUICK FIX??????

Vehicle Specs: 1984 Ford Bronco II XLT 4X4

2.8L V6 88,000 Miles 5-Speed

Problem: My Bronco is leaking oil from the rear main oil seal. It usually leaks about 1-2qts per week (in the summertime).

Is there any quick fix for the seal, without pulling the engine or dropping the transmission. Maybe an oil additive or something....

I live in the middle of Wyoming and there are not many options for commercial fix.

I just need to somehow glog the oil leak without spending a fortune.

If you find a good quick solution, let me know too! mine is only 4-5 drips per day, but I wouldn't mind stopping it until, I can get around to pulling the motor. I don't realy want to do that until I'm ready to completely go through it. Good luck!
