Hey everyone, i have a problem with my 90' XLT. Recently purchased the truck and just noticed the power windows "work" without the key in the ignition in the "on"/"acc" position. Is this normal? Doesnt sound like it to me. Where can i look to resolve this problem? thanks for all the help

nope not normal, ive got no clue how to resolve it other than that mine did this and the radio worked, it was kind cool for 5 minutes then i noticed my headlight switch controlled it, then i thought it was REALLY cool, then for no apparent reason the "problem" went away all together hasent returned in 3 years

Sounds like someone modified it. I did that to my Dodge a few years ago. I did mine by re-wiring the circuits at the fuse block. I swapped the window circuits and the power seat so that the window worked all the time and the seat would only work with the key on. I don't know how yours was done, but that would be a good place to start looking if you want to switch it back.
