i bought one from a ford dealer a couple of weeks ago for bout $140+ gaskets i had my engine out already so it was easier to change.... not sure on the labor cost but a 3-4 hours i think would be a good time. all depends on your local shop. i'm guessing bout 3-400 bucks should be about right. plus the cost of an oil change duh lol :-B

goodluck :)>-

u could go to the bone yard but then u have to clean it and paint it and so on. i bought new so their was no question on it's condition. and think about it if the orignal one rusted out what do u think a used one is gonna do  plus it will have dents in it because they allways have the engine on stand :^o in the junk yard lol.

do what ever you want but new is better. might be more but u wont be replacing as soon again :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

So now you have roughly $60 into parts now do you have the tools to do the job ? Whats your ambition level ? How much do you get paid an hour ? I make $25 an hour so even if I bought the parts and worked on it for 4 hrs I would still have less into it than taking it in so fix it yourself thats what I would do . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
