That paint job is factory im pretty sure. Unless the PO put it on, but ive owned the thing for 1 1/2 years and i have gone with the thought that it was a stock paint job. The paint looks real good when its all cleaned up. I found the turn signals on some random ricer site hehe, but they dont sell em anymore(guess its not a popular product for the ricers lol). I see the clear signals on Ebay all the time so you should check out there.

Thanks for the comments guys! I still got a few little projects and ill be sure to get pics. I have a set of EarlyBronco emblems im putting on, i have to install my headers when they come in, gonna take off nerf bars.
