my 89 ford bronco starts up frist time but turn it off wont start back

ok it a 302 fuel injected 4 speed starts up cold but turn it off wont start back up in tell u let it sit it runs like a dream drive but when u turn it off just dont like that lol ples help me will do any thing

Does it start after it cools down? If so, try changing the TFI module in the distributor.

That is a good thing to check. Also I had the same problem recently with mine, ends up the exhaust manifold was cracked on the passenger's side and it was blasting out the underside onto the starter, literally blackened it from exhaust and heat, once the starter got overheated it wouldn't crank back. I fixed the exhaust leak and it's worked fine since. Mine is older, 1984 and has a 351 but that's just my 2 cents.

well its turns over when its cold it starts but turn it off right after it starts like 10 sec it still wont start back up u spray starting fulid starts right up drive fine but i can tun it off i have no idea whats up thanks i try what u said i know its not the starter lol

So the starter is turning you just don't get fuel? You got fire cause the starter fluid makes it crank, I would look at fuel feed issues, make sure you are getting it after the first initial short run and shutdown.

well i have fuel and spark but i dont think the injectors spray after i tun if off but if i let it sit i will run agen i dont have no idea do u think it still could be the TFI thanks
