well ive got one of the inside tire carriers, but ive got no idea how the **** it works. not all of it is there im expecting, i have the part thats connected to the floor and side panel, but thats it. is it just a bolt and a plate that you use to hold the tire in place to that rack?

or would anybody happen to have a picture of how an inside tire rack should look and work?

Theres a bolt, a large wingnut and a round plate. the round plate centers in the hub hole of the rim, the bolt comes from the backside of the tire carrier through the center of the rim to the round plate. The large wingnut holds it all in place.

The previous owner of mine apparently lost mine so I went to the harware store and got a 5" bolt with a wing nut. Then cut a 5" circle out of the sidewall of a old 10 ply tire (very Thick) as long as you have 1 side of the metal plate it will stay stedy and not move at all. If you dont have 1 metal plate then double up on the rubber then you wont have any problems. I would rather have the outside carrier myself. The inside one just takes up too much room i want to put in a better speaker box.
