This probably does not pertain to the issue at hand because you stated the bouncing starts after you hit a bump. However sometimes we think something is related when in reality it is not at all, or something completely different.

I just came accross this regarding E4OD transmissions...These transmissions can develop a symptom called torque converter chatter. The vehicle feels like you are running over railroad tracks when the torque converter locks up between 35-50 miles per hour.

lmb is right sounds like it could possible be the tread hitting if not then could be something loose or even the wrong part..

i really hope this doesnt jinx it but i belive after working 6 hours today i found the problem.there are three bolts that hold the drop down braket for the right side of the axel that were realy loose i will find out tomorow if i fixed it i wishit diddnt take $300 in replacing shit that didnt need to be replaced.ill let you know if it is fixed.

hahahahahahahaha im an idiot! like i posted last night the problem was that the drop down bracket under neith the engine cross member was loose. i guess when they put the six inch lift on they got a little sloppy.lol. now after i rebuilt the whole front end and fixed the problem its time for some good ol fashend muddin,whats that i hear?rain tomorrow? looks like its time to play!
