I have a 1995 Bronco with a 351, E4OD, Electronic shift transfer case. My speedometer does not work, Transmission has gone into limp mode and i keep blowing the ABS fuse (# 5 in the underhood box). Recently I changed the oil pan, pump, timing cover, w-pump, and all 3 ABS sensors. I found a towing harness stuffed up above the gas tank and have inspected that for shorts. The fuse does not blow when i go into reverse, but does while driving under normal conditions. It started happening while driving down the road at 45 mph. I have no idea where to begin looking next for this short. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dunno, I'd start by working the problem in reverse. The way I read your post it was fine until you did the work so that would be where I'd start. Go back and reinspect all of the sensors, might be a bad sensor smoking the fuse or maybe bad wiring in a sensor harness. Seems kinda coincidental that you replace the sensors and now you're blowing the fuse.

Do you have a CEL or "anti-lock" or "brake" warning lamps lit?

Is da PSOM (speedometer or odometer) working well? if not; see eziest ck below

eziest ck for now;

is there is a broken/frayed wire leading to the vehicle speed sensor on the 8.8 rear diff?

Do brake lamps work? if not, ck for water or frayed/shorts in wiring where harness for em wraps around 1/4 panel edge..esp passenger side...mine was ready to short out.
