I just bought a 94 5.0 bronco and I was thinking of buying a nice, deep, and aggressive sounding muffler for it. I first thought of buying the new flowmaster super 40. But then again i heard some guy got it and had little to no change when he installed it . Would a super 40 be a smart choice? If you could please send me some suggestions of what im trying look for. THANK YOU!!!

i dont think he specifyed if it was a super 40 or not, id say use the 40 if you want to sound like most of the other loud trucks out there. if you want to sound different try a long tractor muffeler, it will leave you with a real nice bark.

I used dynomax muffelers on my rig 20 bucks a piece and they sound great, wish i could remember the model number.

I have a FlowMaster 40 si/do on my 84 bronco ,and it's not loud either. Just has a nice "hum" tone to it. Try a MagnaFlow muffler for a bit more sound. JSM84
