Hi there,

Kinda lurking around a bit trying to learn a bit about the Bronco.

I've found a 1990 Bronco with ~20k miles on it. Appears to be in god shape from the photos, but I wanted to ask the more experienced folks on here what I should look at when I go see the vehicle.

This won't be a daily driver, more of a fun vehicle for weekends and towing my boat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

that year bronco only has a 99k odometer on it, which means once it reaches past 99999, it rolls over to 00000 again, so be sure that its 20k because it could be 120k

I asked him about it, he confirmed that it was only 20k. I'm going to go take a look at it this weekend. It appears to be the v8 5.0l, tow package, auto, ac, etc. From what I've seen on kbb.com and edmunds.com, $3k doesn't appear to be a bad deal.

Just make sure you at least take it for a test drive, and if you can, get a mechanic shop you approve of to give it the once over. Most shop'll do that for an hour's labor and give you their blunt-and-to-the-point opinion. The only problem with having them check it out is having your, the sellers, and the shop's schedule match up. But in my honest, have someone look at it who knows what their doing and who will give you an honest answer.
