unsure of OE numbers

I found my factory build sheet under the cargo area carpet ( always thaught it was under front seats but oh well) at any rate does anyone have a list that decodes the build codes in particular the axle ratios and options (trac- loc for example) have tried every thing but replacing the front axle to solve 4x problem so am thinking that the previous owner may have replaced the rear before I got her and when I replaced it with the same only better unit the problem may be there. not that it matters much as the truck is going away soon its just got way too many body issues am only curious

I have contacted Ford a few times by letter, e mail and phone to get a complete Listing of Build Sheet legends.. to no avail

you can ID rear diff by using both door jamb label and physical view

to begin; OEM is Dana 44 in front and Ford 8.8 in rear

for rear; for isnatnce if the Axle Code is H8; it is a limited slip w 3.08 gearing
