The bearing in the transfer case, looks fine but i get vibrations when im on the gas, and now clikity clunk when shifting into drive and reverse. is that the solution to the litltle bit of play i have in my spline coming out of my transfer case??? does the Tcase have to be split to fix it???Is it a bitch to doo??

Most often I have found "clunking" noises when shifting to be caused by bad u-joints. My front shaft did that until I spit it out goofing off in my driveway. A bad joint will also give you the vibration when under a load or a high speeds.
