I have just bought an uncut, clean bronco, no rust around the door jams, wheel wells or tailgate. I am still investigating for corrosion, but I need some advice:

1. If the integrity of the body is good, should I apply something like rhinoliner or just apply a healthy dose of corrosion inhibitor?

2. Should I rhinoline at all?

3. Preserve the exact original or trick her out?

This is my 3rd bronco, started with a 66 and cut her, the 73 was already cut and this is the closest to original that I have seen.

Thanks for your thoughts.

An un-cut rust free 77 is exceptionally hard to find....

If it were mine, it would remain un-cut.

It would probably get modded with lift, tires, wheels etc,

but like I said, it would be a shame to cut it.

If the body is coming off the frame and being bead or soda blasted, rhino the underside, if not, just corrosion inhibitor.

You can always line the tub and then re install the factory floor coverings (be it rubber or carpet) just to protect the floor from rot.

I wouldn't cut it either. Its lasted this long, might as well make it look like new since it so close. If you don't like it afterwards sell it for all kinds of cash and get what you want.
