In alberta we have no lift laws. There is a headlight law but I cant remember what it is, we have some huge trucks up here and the only thing the cops can do is whine about mudflaps and bumper height. We have no smog control or emissions crap. We do however have to get a safety inspection every year on vehicles over 10 years old. But anyone thats a journeyman mechanic can sign the inspection paper.
