I have looked around a bunch and not been able to figure out what the normal shock length (compressed/extended) is for my 95. I have HD coils and an add a leaf so I am most of 2" higher than stock, I just need to figure out what shocks to get.

The Bilstein HDs seem like they are to short

F 10.04 14.55

R 13.58 21.63

and I am afraid that the 5100s will be to long.

F 12.165 18.99

R 16.14 26.16

The shocks listed as stock on the graveyard are different yet again

F 12.5 19.5

R 13.5 22.5

or

F 10.92 16.92

R 13.32 21.57

to many numbers I am confused.

Well I'm not sure about stock length but I have a similar setup to your rig. I've got 2" leveling coils on my bronco and a 4" block in the rear. I'm not sure about the exact measurements of the shocks, compressed and extended. I'm running Rancho RS5000 shocks that are designed for a 1"-3" lift and they work perfectly. I previously had shocks that were designed for 1" lift and it gave a real rough ride. Hope this helps someway.
