Can you snap a pic of the EGR tube too?
It will help with Identification, 5.0 & 5.8 EFI; They use different exhaust tubes to connect the EGR to the exhaust. The 5.0 gets exhaust from the lower intake, while the 5.8 gets exhaust from the passanger exhaust manifold
Such as;

at a quick,
but not complete glance, your plug wires look right for the 5.0

The adapter on econoline wouldn't be used anyway; we'll need more pics of all the electrical sensors, solenoids,& senders such as oil pressure, ECT and temp sender for temp gauge, Idle Air Control (IAC); Intake Air Temp (IAT); Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), Emissions (SEE LIST BELOW), coil, ign module, etc.
