Power Door Locks/window Reverse Operation

I have a 1990 Bronco XLT. The problem I'm having is when I press the up button for my rear window it goes down and the down button raises it. The same is happening with my power door locks the red button unlocks and the blue locks the doors. On my drivers side the lock no longer works with either switch. I'm going to replace the actuator but how do I get the switches to operate correctly???

check the wiring, sound's like it was done backwards. If that's the case just reverse them.
