I have a 75 bronco with power steering and 5.0 H.O. swap. What hose can i use to match the original steering box and a mustang pump? Do i have to get a new hose made?

Have a new one made out of the two old ones. A new set of high pressure lines will run you in the neighborhood of $50 - $100, but for what you are doing, it is worth it than having a patchwork set. You should take the box hose and have that side cut off and then take the hose fitting for the pump side and put em together. Like I said, that is the best way because then you don't have bastard sizes or hoses that might be just a fraction off.

Yup, exactly what S Bolt said. You should be able to find a local shop that makes hydraulic hoses, they'll be able to fab you a custom hose for something less than $75 and it'll be way better than any recycled hose & adapter combo you can come up with. You just can't beat a proper hose, it'll fit without leaking and last you 10+ yrs. Definately the way to go. Plan on leaving them the truck for the day so they can ck the fittings and hose length but in the end you'll be *much* happier w/what you get.
