Well, I just mounted my first set on my grill guard. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

A nice set of chrome 6" 100 watt KC lights. A lot easier to wire up and mount than I expected. I got the hard covers with KC Daylighters on the front, but I want to get a set of just plain covers to get customized, maybe airbrushed or stickers or the like. Just to get something you don't see everyday, something no one else has. Anyone got any ideas where to get plain 6" snapon hard covers for lights?

I was getting paint for our equipment (I work in a heavy equiptment rental place that's attached to a hardware store, until I move to go to UTI before teh end of the year) to mark some things out, and I saw that very stuff. I thought to myself that might just be what I needed. Spray the inside so if it looks bad at least I can cover it till I can fix it.

Thanks Miesk5!

I tried the Krylon bonds-to-plastic stuff, went with black so I can get some white outlines on the covers. It came out better than I expected and as well I'd hoped. You can't see the KC Daylighter smiley, after like 4 coats of paint.

Don't mind the grill guard, it's seen better days and it's uses.
