Just signed up five minutes ago, I live near Fresno Ca. I drug home a wrecked 75 bronco sport two days ago and plan to restore it with my son who is 6yrs old now. The bronco belonged to his Grandpa, who bought it when it was a year old, and is still original paint. Unfortunately, it was clobbered by another fine california driver. have done about four full restorations in the past and a few partials (but not on a bronco). I have worked on a couple broncos for friends, but only easy stuff like trans swaps and power steering coversions. This one now has substantial frame damage, dont know yet if I will straighten it or replace it. A buddy of mine has a body shop and is willing to straighten the the frame for me if I want to go that route. From what I can see, I will also need a new dash, hood, grill, right fender and innerpanels, radiator support and radiator, windsheild frame and probably a top. not too sure where to start, or when to start, might wait until he is a couple yrs older and just gather parts for now. your comments are welcome and If my picture does not work, sorry, it's my first crack at it.
