Hello everyone. I currently own a Jeep Wrangler (TJ edition). It is a 4 cylinder model. I have faith in it to take me across the most rugged terrain but it is pretty horrible as a daily driver (and it's weak for hauling stuff OR towing [the gas mileage is strangely bad for a small vehicle as well]). I'm considering selling the Jeep and picking up a Bronco (a nice 1995 is lurking locally). I realize that an 8 cylinder is a bit of a "gas guzzler" but,..well,.my Jeep only gets "mid teens" anyway. The Bronc looks like a MUCH more solid ride and I need a little more cargo space. I will NEVER be a "rock crawler" but I need my ride to haul camping gear and canoes (etc) across rough terrain but STILL be pleasant to drive around town. I like the ruggedness of the 1996 (and earlier) Broncos. I am willing to put it with the maintenence of an older vehicle if necesary. Please talk me into it. thanks.
