The problem is it could be so many little things and you are going to have to eliminate them one by one, process of elimination. Thats why when you ask a mechanic (A real mechanic that works in a mechanic shop) for advice they beat around the bush and say it could be this or that, But I will have to see look at it myself, blah blah blah. But a backyard mechanic will tell you 20 things that he thinks it could be. If you took it to a mechanic right now, he would not be able to fix it right off the bat, he would do a process of elimination and narrow the problem down. The choke could definately have something to do with it but its not always the first thing someone would check. The best sure fire way is try a friends carb if you have access to one, that you know works, if not you have to continue narrowing it down unfortunately
