Left parking light and turn signal

I have all lights working except for left parking light and turn signal. I checked the fuse and its fine, also replaced the bulb. Any ideas?

OTTOMH,

Check the socket for solid ground. (volt meter) (most likely OK)

Check the contact(s) in the socket for 12v (volt meter)

Lights switch itself, connections on the "flasher"
