Key wont work door locks

hey every1, i can manually lock my doors, but the key wont lock/unlock them. I've even flipped the key over and nothing. PDL dont work , but i do have power to the switch. eventually i will get around to replacing the actuators. Do i need to call out a locksmith? Also, same situation with key in tailgate.
