Ignition Switch?

Hey every1, newb here. Recently purchased a 90' Bronco XLT with a 302. My truck only starts when the tilt wheel is in the down position. Will not start with the wheel tilted up. Is this adjustable or something??? any info would be appreciated..

Most likely bad connections. check all your connections under the dash and under the stearing column. If the truck has an airbag though, be careful not to ground out the wires or you may blow the airbag! (I don't remember what year they came out with the airbag)
