guess this engine?

ok here is the deal I just was asked if I wanted this engine for free. I have not gone to look at it yet. the lady sent me this picture of the engine she is not sure where it came from or what it was from. the picture is pretty bad but I cant tell what it is. anyone have a guess?

firing order 15426378) and it has what looks like a serial # of C8AE-9431-B

It is a an FE/MEL moter like y'all I am guessing it to be 390. From the pic it looks to have all of the late 60's emmisions intact, I have seen these parts sell for well over 300.00 to the Mustang/Torino faithful. If you go and look at it check out the exhaust manifolds most FE/ FT/ MEL had two bolts on each exhaust port (one top, one botttom). But your 390 GT and other hi performance motors added a third to the side. Just by apart number it is hard to tell exactly what motor this is I have made a 428 from a 352 and used a 428 crank in a 427 with some special pistons to come up with a 466.
