I put an electric tank selector switch in my 77 Ranger. I was looking at my gauge selector switch and it looks like there is another set of contacts that are not used.
I am assuming that these switches were use on other Ford vehichles that had built in tank selector switches, and that is what the extras are for. Is that right?
Will the second contacts in the selector switch handle the current required to keep an aftermarket (from JBG) tank seector switch open?
Is this what most people do or is there another popular set-up for controlling this switch?
