Ran across something interesting yesterday. I found a EB with a chevy 350 and 700r4 transmission. I thought it might be a good topic. Myself being new to this restoration expedition I am doing, I was wondering what is everyone elses opinions are about putting a chevy 350 in an EB??

Well IMO; if you want to do that, you will also need to buy a 1966 Corvette and transplant a 427 FE and a Toploader into it to keep all the karma in the universe in balance.

I guess I'm too much a Ford guy to ask about this; it just drives me nuts when I see a nice Duce Coupe with a SB Chevy under the hood; it's sacrelige!!! I wouldn't do it, but that's just me.

I've seen similar things & the real question is why? There are tons of engine options to build to or go to that are Ford.

Your 302 properly built will do every thing you ask your bronco too do! Headers cam fuel injection intake and you can get huge tq and hp where ever you need in on the rpm scale and run up and down steep angles!!!

But I have chevy front disc conversion and a toyota steering box so I am using parts as parts, use and fab what you have and can fab for cheap and strong reliable stuff.....
