i had a 1984 ford bronco that had front and rear coilsprings and i was wondering if they come stock that way or not

LOL!!! ) No I havent either. Are you sure they are not coil over shocks to help restore ride the height of the leaves.

i've seen a couple broncos with coils in the back but they were set up for rock crawling

yes I seen them with coils for rock climbing and that was on a 72 bronco I never seen a full size one

cant be stock because i think the bronco came with leafs in back and coil in front
