if you tested everything and it works, but not getting power. the fuse be the first i'd check, which you stated you did. did you just pull the fuse and look at it or did you rerplace it? sometimes a fuse can blow and not look blown. turn your key on and with your test light besure your getting power thru both sides of the fuse at the fuse block. if that checks out ok. the next place to check would be the drivers side switch. usually most all the power routes thru that switch before heading to the pass. side. this should give you a good starting point. I learned most of this while robbing the wiring from a truck to start a power window swap on my 86. i can tell ya now if yours is around the 95 body style and the problem lies in the wiring between driver and pass. side door good luck my friend on tracing the wires becauce they dont just lay under the dash near the front, they run across the firewall neaar the top and you'll have to pull the dash and then some to get to the wiring. because if the wiring, and complete doors wasn't free so i could do my swap, i'd said forget it when i started robbing the wiring.
