Dash Trouble

I was wondering if any of yall could help me witha very annoying problem..When decelarating and braking the passenger side of the dash rattles and vibrates like crazy. I guess with the 38s the bolt just rattled out, but I tried to get to it but cant get in there. Is it possible to get to it without tearin my whole dash out or do I just have to keep the glove box empty and deal with it? thanks
