Any Body have any Idea's on this My Cruise control quit working out of the blue and I Have check fuses and Vacum Lines with no Results. HELP!

This may sound like a silly question, but does your horn work? Power to the steering wheel switches comes thru the Horn relay coil.
Did you check the vacuum dump switch adjustment by the brake peddle. It should be not quite touching.
Your speed sensor may be bad.
You said you checked all fuses, there are three involved in making it work.
If you have standard there is a switch operated by the clutch.
The stop light switch has a set of contacts that tell the Speed Control Amp that the break has been pressed (light green wire).
