I purchased a clock spring for my truck, provided the VIN as requested/required, received my part timely. I'm not a mechanic, my neighbor is, he was going to help me or do the work is more like it. Our timing to get together was not good and it took 3 months to make things work. He pulled the old unit, opened the box to the new clock spring and found it wasn't the same. They sent me the wrong part. I went to the store and bought one he installed it, all good except CSExperts would not accept return or refund me as it was past 90 days. I can accept that however they don't label the part number and after numerous emails requesting the vehicle this part goes on, they have failed to respond. I think I'm up to 6 request, not one response. They sent me the wrong part and now they will not even look up that part order number and tell me what it goes to. I guess they want to sell another part as compared with helping an existing customer. Anyway, be aware they only seem to have customer service up to the point of sale. Item order number 30989.
