best carb $$ can buy?

Okay, I'm using a new BG Demon 525. It sucks. I've done searches and talked to MANY people who are having the same problems. Bottom line: Demon sucks and should be avoided.

Question is this: if money's no object, what carb do you buy??

Prerequisites: Ford Kickdown linkage and 625 CFM or less

I'm running 351W with dueal plane manifold and a 230/230 cam@ .050 (110 lsa).

Thoughts?
