any ideas???

looking for a way to put something under the engine block to keep it clean anyone tried anything im open to all ideas but i was thinking of cutting some diamond plate and bolting it to the frame or some thick placstic to bolt on like cowling. let me know what you think will work.

No matter what you do you are going to get dirt and dust in the engine compartment. A simple solution is to wash the engine off when you wash the truck, just don't direct the spray directly at the distributor or alternator. Both are made to survive in wet conditions but there is no need to drench them. Also, don't get water into the intake, too much will hydro lock the engine and, oh well, you'll probably need a new one.

yeah i know that noting will keep it sotless especially witht the driving i do, i was just looking for something to keep it cleaner. i do already clean it when i clean my truck though. thanks for your input
