Folks, I've recently purchased a 96 Bronco Eddie Bauer that is in good shape but didn't have the remote key fob. The seller didn't know if it ever came with one, the Ford dealer can't tell me either.
I've seen a couple of posts here but the remote module / grey pin connector location seems different for almost every year. I can't see the grey connector taped to any wire at the base of the steering column. I've looked behind the glove box and there is a black box fastened there, but I still don't see the grey connector with 2 pins in it anywhere close. The only place I see an open 2 pin connector is fastened under the front of the dash directly under the ashtray. Seeing no one has suggest that location, I'm guessing it must be for something else. Anyone got a 96 Bronco that knows where their remote module or grey connector is located?
Thanks!
