95 XLT rear axle

Was just wondering if someone could tell me which axle I have in my 95' XLT, 5.8... I was thinking about a Lockright Powertrax locking diff. and was needing to now which axle model I have?

I will agree. Ford 8.8, looked to changing gears and checked with a couple of sources. I have a 95 XLT as well.

All of the F150 and bronco,s from 1981 to 1996 will have a ford 8.8 rear end and I bet about 85% have 3:55 gears . /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I have a '95 rear diff in my back yard and it is an 8.8 with 3.55 gears
